Crockpot Apple Crisp

Recipe from Courtney Dyar... so good! 

-6 medium cooking apples (peeled, cored, sliced)
-1 & 1/2 c flour
-1 c brown sugar
...-1 tbsp cinnamon
-1/2 tsp nutmeg
-1/4 tsp ginger
-3/4 c butter or margarine, soften

1. Grease crockpot, arrange slices in bottom.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, spices and butter. Crumble on top of apples.
3. Cook on High for 3-4 hours, until apples are tender.
4. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
