Meat Cake

Yes, I have always called it meat LOAF, but Jason swears it's meat CAKE... all tastes yummy to me!

2lbs 93% lean ground beef
2 whole eggs
1 cup water
1 box Stovetop Stuffing (I use chicken flavor.)

Preheat oven to 375. Combine all the above ingredients. Form into 2 equal size loaves. Bake 45 minutes.

Makes 10 servings (approximately 4.25oz each)
